Attention: Paper CVIs will no longer be accepted after January 1, 2026.

After this cutoff date (1/01/2026), only electronic CVIs (“eCVIs”) will be accepted by the Minnesota Board of Animal Health. Orders for paper CVI templates from the Board will continue to be filled in 2024 until remaining stock is depleted or until January 1, 2025, whichever comes first.
