Minnesota's focus with the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) is to identify and register Minnesota livestock premises. You can help by completing the registration information below.

Please fill out all of the required fields and click send. If you have any questions during the registration process, please contact the Board at 651-201-6816. After we receive your premises information, a seven digit Premises Identification Number will be sent to you.
